Following the latest lockdown announcement for November, the government have confirmed that estate agents offices can remain open and are able to carry out Covid-Secure viewings and valuations. This news has been welcomed throughout the industry with solicitors and estate agents alike now being able to assist home movers into their new property, with many taking advantage of the stamp duty holiday which ends in March 2021.
