It’s been another super busy weekend for us here at Property Ladder with another 3 agreed sales. The pent-up demand for home movers has continues to show that people still want to move home.
Two properties on Roselands Drive have gone Sold (subject to contract) following numerous viewings. The first one to go was a 3 Bedroom Semi-detached with a good sized garden, and was only on the market for a week, with us conducting over 8 viewings. The second property on Roselands Drive is a 4 Bedroom Semi-detached House and again was very popular, going on the markt just before the lockdown period, proving very popular once restrictions were lifted.

The final property to be sale agreed is a flat on Totnes Road, on which popularity was increased once the lockdown restrictions were lifted.
